Do you sell to the public?

ABK Piercing Supplies is for wholesale only, you will need a shop and an ABN to be able to register for an account. Members from the public can however purchase our products at LikeSpikes.com.au.

Do you have a printed catalogue?

Our printed catalogue for body piercers and retail stores is not up to date anymore and there are a lot more items on our website. If you still want a hard copy, please let us know when you place an oder and we will include one when your order is sent.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes, we have the following discount structure built into the shopping system and it is automatically applied:
10% off on orders over $500.00
15% off on orders over $1000.00
20% off on orders over $1500.00

What is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is manufactured from many different materials, including surgical stainless steel, titanium, silver, gold (manufactured with a nickel-free alloy), pyrex, bioplast, PTFE, anodized steel, rhodium, buffalo horn and bone. For further information, data sheets, or any questions regarding the materials used to manufacture the jewellery, please feel free to contact us directly.

Where is your range of jewellery manufactured?

Our jewellery is manufactured in different locations across the world. Metal jewellery is mainly made in Korea and Thailand, the tribal jewellery is hand made in Borneo and many specialized materials are manufactured in Europe.

How can I place an order?

If you have a shop you can register to open an account here. Once approved you will be able to log in and order conveniently with our state of the art wholesale shopping system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA. MasterCard, AMEX. Credit cards are processed by the Commonwealth Bank’s secure payment gateway (Commweb) and your credit card number is not visible to anyone. If you need to pay in another way, please contact us via the contact page.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be pre-authorized when you place your order and it will only be charged once we ship your order for the exact amount invoiced. So if that amount is less than the total because some items can't be shipped, you will only be charged for that amount.     

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Delivery will take around five to ten working days from when the order is placed. (average is 7 days)

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at $10.00 per order anywhere in Australia and free for orders over $200. For large display units, an extra shipping charge is applicable. Backorders are shipped free of charge once they become available. Shipping outside of Australia is $30.00 per order.

Can you make custom jewellery?

Yes, contact us directly for more information. Minimum order quantities apply.

Do you have sterilised jewellery?

Can you deliver outside of Australia?

Yes we do but for a higher shipping charge.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed in labeled and barcoded bags with your order number, style code and quantity. Orders are also packed with bubble wrap to ensure minimum breakage.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity as long as you are a registered customer.

What is your return policy?

Damaged or faulty items can be return for a refund or credit. We also offer a money-back guarantee if a full order is returned within 14 days. No questions asked.

Do you supply piercing equipment?

Yes, we supply catheter piercing needles, pliers, clamps, forceps, ring closers and openers, instrument trays and jars, dermal anchoring tools and calipers.

Do you have product liability insurance?

Yes, we have product liability insurance with covering our body jewellery and piercing tools for up to $20 million.
